With 15 years of extensive experience in International Trade Law and Litigation, Ms. Sharma leads SBA's Trade Remedies Investigations including Anti-dumping, Countervailing and Safeguard investigations, with legal precision and strategic foresight. Her leadership reflects expertise, clarity, and commitment to impactful representation.
Advocate Radhika Sharma brings over a decade of experience in litigation and international trade law to her role as Founding Partner of SBA Strategy Consulting LLP and Group CEO at SBA Group. Registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2013. She has advised government authorities, industry associations, and leading corporations on cross-border trade and regulatory strategy.
Before joining SBA, she served with the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR), Government of India, where she managed more than fifty anti-subsidy investigations initiated by WTO member countries such as GCC, Vietnam, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Madagskar, European Union, Thailand, and many more. During her tenure, she played an instrumental role in developing Government of India's "Manual for Operating practices of Trade remedy Investigation" and "Handbook for Operating Procedure of Trade Defense Wing".
At SBA, Ms. Sharma leads the firm's Countervailing Duty (CVD), and DGTR practice and represents major Indian exporters such as the Jindal Group, Wind Turbine Manufacturers, the Welspun Group and many more. Known for her analytical precision and deep understanding of global trade frameworks, she has consistently secured favourable outcomes and some of the lowest CVD margins in the industry.
