Arpit Bhargava leads SBA Group’s global trade and taxation practice, steering the firm’s strategic direction and client relationships across international markets. With a multidisciplinary foundation in finance, law, and technology, he brings a rare blend of analytical precision and strategic foresight to international trade advisory.
Over his career, he has defended complex anti-dumping and countervailing-duty cases across India, Brazil, Turkey, Mexico, and Asia—helping exporters navigate regulatory frameworks and mitigate duty exposure. Before joining SBA, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, gaining deep experience in audit, compliance, and international accounting systems.
A strong advocate for technology-enabled advisory, Mr. Bhargava has championed the integration of analytics into trade-remedy investigations, enabling data-driven insights that enhance compliance and pricing strategy.
