About the Role
SBA Group is hiring Legal Associates to support its International Trade and Trade Remedies practice. The role involves working on complex trade remedy investigations and regulatory matters, representing domestic and international clients before Indian and global authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in anti-dumping, countervailing duty, and safeguard investigations
- Draft submissions, replies, and legal documentation for proceedings before DGTR and other authorities
- Conduct legal research on trade laws, customs regulations, and WTO frameworks
- Support senior team members in advisory, compliance, and litigation-related matters
- Coordinate data reviews, verification processes, and regulatory interactions
Qualifications
- LLB (mandatory); LLM in International Trade Law preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in trade law, customs, or regulatory practic
- Strong legal drafting and research capabilities
- Prior exposure to DGTR, Ministry of Finance, or trade remedy matters is an advantage
